MD Sports is proud to announce that we are now offering a one-year extended warranty for customers who fill out a product review of 2015 model on themdsports.com. Take advantage of this great opportunity by following the 3 simple steps below:

  1. Create an account by going to sign in page   
  2. Register your product warranty 
  3. You can find the review link on product warranty record page or find the products that you purchased on product pages.  Once you find your products, write a review and let us know what you think!   
Once a product review of 2015 model has been written, you will automatically receive a free 1 year extended limited warranty on that item!  In order to receive a free extended limited warranty on multiple items, you must fill out a review for each item individually on themdsports.com.

An extended warranty plan only applies to product that offer after sales service.  Additional warranty details can be found on the product warranty registration page.

Disclaimer: The extended 1 year limited warranty is effective for 365 days from the date of purchase. If, during the limited warranty period, a part is found to be defective or breaks, we will offer replacement part at no cost to you, the customer. The only exceptions to the warranty include main frames, table tops, playing surfaces, batteries or tools.
The above warranty will not apply in cases of damages due to improper usage, alteration, misuse, abuse, accidental damage or neglect.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from one State (province) to another.
A PURCHASE RECEIPT (or other proof of purchase date) will be required before any warranty service is initiated. For all requests for warranty service, please contact our Customer Service team at www.themdsports.com.
*Please be aware of your product’s limited warranty for the return/refund policy from the store, We, at Medal Sports, can not handle the product which is out of product’s limited warranty since we only provide parts that are currently available.   Please be sure to contact us before returning your product to the retailer where the item was purchased.
